I’m a 31 year old PhD researcher from Northern Ireland. I’m researching the use of psychosurgery in the UK, 1940-86.
I’m a medical and social historian, and a huge fan of oral history.
In my spare time, I am book review editor assistant for the Social History of Medicine Journal. I was also a research on a medical humanities podcast called Epidemic Belfast. And I dabble in web-mastery and social media management for the History of Science, Technology and Medicine Network Ireland. Legit I’m obsessed with history 😍 I also do genealogy!
In my spare spare time 🤣 I love to travel and I run a blog about money, travel and living a simple life over at Happy Is.
My goal is to have a tiny house and spend my time travelling, gardening and writing history books for everyone to enjoy ❤️
